During this experience we will work with the potent medicine of the butterfly in order to transmute any out-dated ways of our caterpillar selves, shed the layers of our cocoon, and awaken the monarch within. We will explore the different stages of transformation from caterpillar to butterfly consciousness and how these stages show up in our lives, and integrate all cycles of the wisdom of change.
Participants will be physically wrapped in delicate lace cocoons to enhance this multi sensory experience.
The Sacred Art Re-Birth Initiation is a multi-sensory alchemical experience which activates the higher sensory awareness through the combined shamanic art of sound healing, guided meditation, and expressive somatic movement.
This process activates the creative flow of movement to express any unprocessed emotions that have been dormant in the body. Emotions are feelings in motion and cannot be processed through only the mind. Part of the magic of this journey is physically transmuting these energies. We will open the doors to our true primal nature and all the colors of our emotions to arise and be expressed through the body. Through breath awareness, and movement, we are able to bring both hemispheres of our brain into balance, and bring the mind into a meditative state. Through ecstatic movement, sound, and guided interaction, our senses will be heightened and a deep shedding of outdated programs, stories, beliefs and blocked emotions will be released.
As we access our emotional intelligence and connect to the self and others in a nonverbal, sensory, and kinesthetic way, we begin to deepen our relationship with the invisible world of energy, birthing authentic ways of relating.
